Disciplinary process:
  • In order to maintain a cohesive workplace, problem situations and concerns are handled through informal counseling. In case there are issues with respect to indiscipline or misrepresentations of facts or unethical behavior leading to damage of company reputation; a formal warning, followed by a termination action is taken.
